The cable coilers from ramatech are outstandingly powerful and flexible peripherals. Flexible wires and cables up to a diameter of 35 mm can be processed with the cable coilers. Parameters can be quickly and easily programmed via a LCD operator terminal. The fully automatic cable coilers feature interfaces to different cable processing machines.

The cable reaches the coiling disc via a guide tube and is coiled using mandrels. The coiling diameters are individually adjustable. After the coiling process, the mandrels are lowered automatically, the protection cover opens, and the cable coil can be removed. Even extremely heavy cable coils can easily be pushed aside. The CB-Version contains a binding unit for manual binding.

The KRI 450 CBP is a flexible and versatile coil & binding machine. At the heart of the coiling process is a coiling disk with adjustable mandrels. The handling arm for lateral transport of a finished coil is based on two fixtures with rod-shaped grippers. The binding is conducted with an elastic rubber cord.
