The dynamic puller device AZ400 is designed to operate – for example – in in-line-production and is driven by an external conductance. The integrated servo drives assure a constant feeding process, which is important in order to achieve the final product in best quality. Feeding belts are available in different qualities to suit diverse applications.

The contact length for the material amounts to 400 mm.

The construction of the AZ400 allows a comfortable service and the maintenance times are small accordingly.

The AZ400 is equipped with a mechanical upper belt limit stop (with counter), which allows to process even pressure sensitive material gentle and with highest reproducibility. In addition, the puller device is provided with a length measuring device with a 10-multiturn-potentiometer for exact entries. Alternatively, the input of the conductance (0-10 V) can be processed externally.

At the outlet, the AZ400-60 is fitted with a motordriven slitting unit.
