The conveyor belt ABB2000 is used for the smooth removal of cutting material. Following a cutting machine, the cutting material is conveyed by a uniform air flow or through a sorting gate in the VA-collecting tray by means of blow-off over the 100 mm wide and 2200 mm long conveyor belt. Of course, the conveyor belt can also be manufactured in other lengths – depending on the customer’s requirements.

Furthermore, the ABB2000 has a good-bad part sorting. – If bad parts are recognized by the upstream process, the cutting machine will put out the laying cycle for one or more parts. Bad parts are not blown off but run straight to the end of the discharge belt!
